Golf HQ is a members' app for booking tee times at Burhill and following your golf. By using it you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain English.
Unofficial
Golf HQ is run by a member, not by Burhill Golf & Leisure or England Golf, and isn't endorsed by either. The club's own website and app remain the official record of your bookings, account and handicap.
It acts for you
- When you add your Burhill or England Golf login, you're asking Golf HQ to sign in as you to book, cancel and read your bookings, receipts and scores. It only does what you've set up.
- You're responsible for your bookings and for following the club's rules, including its cancellation and no-show policy. Cancel any tee time you can't use.
- Use your own logins only. One account per member, and don't share yours.
No guarantees
- Golf HQ tries hard, but a booking can fail: the slot may be taken, the club's site may change or be down. You'll be told when it fails, but check the club site for anything that matters.
- Handicaps, ratings, open play and weather are shown as a guide. The club and England Golf are the authority.
- Golf HQ is provided as it is. Features may change, and it may stop at any time.
